2016 Films both directed AND written by a woman

Still in 2015, most films are directed by a man, about 95%. Direction is a 24h/24 work, because you are the main technical person on which the film stands. If the movie doesn't earn enough critical and commercial success, she will be the main person to be held accountable.

Most producers don't trust or even know that woman can direct a movie, on every aspects : money, art, technic, stress handling... Even when they direct it, they rarely wrote it.
